At the beginning of every month, peak download volume and the total volume will be allocated as per your Broadband package.
Web Family package (at the beginning of the month)
Peak download volume = 25 GB
Total volume = 35 GB.
Upon the use of service, volumes will be reduced as per your Broadband usage.
Please refer the following examples for possible scenarios with regards to the “Web Family” package.
Scenario 1: Using data in its original schedule.
Use 5 GB during “off-peak” and 5 GB during “peak” (00.00 to 08.00 hrs)
Scenario 2: Using peak data volume in off-peak hours.
Use 15 GB during “off-peak”
Scenario 3: Using peak data volume in off-peak hours – Instance: 2
Use 15 GB from “off-peak” and 10 GB from “peak”
Scenario 4: Using peak data volume in off-peak hours – Instance: 3
Use total 35 GB in “off-peak” hours.

“Peak download” bucket is designed only to indicate downloads during the peak hours. However upon reaching 100% of upload and off-peak downloads, the peak download volume will be used for uploading and off-peak downloading as per your package, which will be reflected in the “Total Volume” bucket.
Download and upload speed will be reduced to 64 Kbps after reaching either the total download volume or the total peak download volume for the respective Broadband package.
