Call Waiting
The SLT Call Waiting facility will alert you of an incoming call as you talk to someone else on the phone. A call waiting tone will alert you of any new incoming call. Then you can hold the existing call and answer the waiting call or release the existing call and answer the waiting call or ignore the waiting call, in which case the call will be cut after 30 seconds. This facility is available for as little as Rs. 80/- a month. (Note 1)

Call Forwarding
The SLT Call Forwarding facility will transfer all your incoming calls to another telephone number you want. There are three categories in Call Forwarding - immediate forwarding, forwarding when there is no reply and forwarding when busy. This facility is available for as little as Rs. 100/- a month.

Conference Call
The SLT Conference Call facility gives you the option of introducing a third person into your conversation. This is a vital service in business when you need to reach a decision quickly or require a second opinion. It is the easiest way to hold a conference if you can't be in the same location at the same time. This facility is available for Rs. 250/- a month.

Abbreviated Dial
The SLT Abbreviated Dialling facility gives you the option of using two digit numbers in place of long difficult to remember six digit numbers that you call frequently. It saves so much time and is so very easy to use and remember. It costs only Rs. 70/- a month.

Hunting Facility
The SLT Hunting facility will group all your telephone numbers and designate one of them as your PILOT number. Your caller should dial only the PILOT number. If your PILOT number is busy, the incoming call will be automatically diverted to your next number and so on. Your callers need to remember only one number and when they dial that number they will reach you at the very first attempt. The SLT Hunting facility is absolutely free of charge.

Hot Line
This facility enables you to set up a direct connection between your phone and another phone via two types of hot Lines:

a) Timed Hot Line
    You can establish the connection by lifting and replacing your handset at
    regular timed intervals.

b) Direct Hot Line
    You can obtain an automatic connection between your phone and hotline number.

This facility is available for Rs. 84/- a month.
