What is SLT Citylink melody service? ( CRBT- Colour Ring back Tone) |

SLT Citylink Melody (CRBT) service allows SLT Citylink subscribers to select the ring back sounds heard by their callers instead of traditional uninteresting ringing or beeping sounds.
Eg. When person A calls person B (who uses SLT Citylink melody service), person A gets to hear a music/ song which person B has selected as his Citylink Melody |

Do I need a special phone or unit to activate the SLT Citylink melody service? |
| |
No. activating the service does not require in any special unit. But there is a need to get the service registered. |

How Can I Activate SLT Citylink Melodies? |
| |
Call SLT Call Center on 011 2 555 555 by your CDMA phone & simply follow the instructions. |

SLT will send the SMS notification by confirming the service activation |

What are the available Citylink melodies? |
| |
SLT provides default (common) melody/ies to all Citylink melody users and periodically do the changes. |

Can I set my favorite songs as a Citylink melody instead of a default melody? |

Yes, you can download your favorite ones. Call SLT Call Center on
011 2 555 555 and get yourself registered. |

Can I download the Citylink melody songs in any language? |
| |
Yes, you can down load Sinhala and Tamil songs at the moment. English & Hindi songs will be introduced soon. |

How will I be charged for the service? |
| |
a. Activation of the SLT Citylink melody service is free of charge.
b. Prepaid customers will be charged monthly rental of Rs.30/= and Post paid
customers will be charged monthly rental Rs.40/= for the service.
c. Song downloading charge is Rs. 15/= per song.
d. Any call made to 1221 (for song download) is charged SLT – SLT local
call charge. (All the above charges are exclusive of Taxes) |

How do I get to know the expiry date of my downloaded Citylink melody? |
| |
Any SLT Citylink melody song is valid for one month from the date of downloading. |

Will I be charged when I down load new song before the previous song get expired? |
| |
Yes, you will be charged Rs.15/= every time you download a new song. |
| |

After the expire of a selected song, will my Citylink melody service be get deactivated? |
| |
No, you will get SLT default (common) melody. If you need your own one you will have to re-select and download the new melody. |

When I don’t have credit in my pre paid account and my downloaded song is expired, what will happen to my melody? |
| |
SLT offers 14 days incoming only grace period after expiry of the card or over the credit balance. You will get SLT Citylink default melody during that period. Within that period you have to re-load your pre paid account and avoid the deactivation. |

If I don’t have enough credit limits for Citylink melody service or download the song will I be charged a daily fee? |
| |
No. It will be applicable only on monthly rental basis. |

If I don’t use my pre paid account for some time what will happen to my Citylink melody service? |
| |
Your downloaded song will be activated until it expires and you can get default song till your pre paid account is in active status. |

How can I De- activate my SLT Ciylink melody service? |
| |
Call SLT Call center - 011 2 555 555 from your phone and provide your ID card number. |

If I transfer to SLT Citylink post paid connection, will I be able to get SLT Ciylink melody service? |

(a) Yes, SLT provide Ciylink melody service to Post paid connections charging
monthly rental of Rs.40/=.
(b) CRBT customers are entitled for a Billing discount up to Rs.40.00 (without Taxes) per month for the access charge on 1221. |
