Next Generation Network Services
Hosted Call Center
The Hosted Call Center service enables business groups to set up a basic call center with incoming calls received by a single phone number distributed among a group of users, or agents.
Hosted Call Center functionality is offered as a service, from a single centralized system (maintained at the service provider's premises) to end users over an IP network. This means that the customer doesn't need to invest on installation and maintenance of Call Center equipment at their premises.
Call Center / ACD provide enterprises with basic call center and ACD functionality for handling incoming calls to a central phone number. This application can be used for a variety of purposes, such as customer support, order taking, front-desk reception, etc. The specific capabilities are listed below.

Business Trunking
Business Trunking connects existing legacy CPEs such as an IP PBX, PBX or Key Telephone System to our system over any form of IP connectivity. Business Trunking delivers the benefits of IP without requiring the end user to completely transform to a fully hosted solution. Over time, the customer can migrate functionality from its legacy PBX to the network. This evolution will save the customer capital and operational expenditures associated with upgrading boxes and prepare the customer to benefit from a fully hosted solution.
Customers are offered two Business Trunking packages.
- Business Trunk package - This package is designed for service connectivity to intelligent end devices such as PBXs and IP PBXs.
- Business Line package - This package should be deployed to provide connectivity to simple end devices such as Key Telephone Systems (KTS) and KTS hybrids.
