Business Trunking
As the Business Trunking is designed for service connectivity to intelligent end devices such as PBXs and IP PBXs, the end devices provide most user features. Hence this package does not include most personal features (except name & number delivery). The Business Trunking feature also provides an unlimited number of "virtual users" that can provide, DIDs and enhanced services to users behind the CPE. 

The Business Trunking package should not be used for simple CPE devices such as Key Telephone Systems (KTSs).  KTS equipment typically relies on network-based feature functionality for line services.  The Business Line package should be used for interconnection of simple devices.

Business Line Package
The Business Line package enables providers to offer connectivity, network services, line features, and a pool of simultaneous call capacity for simple enterprise CPE.  This package uses Series Completion feature to provide the intelligence that treats multiple call channels as a pool of simultaneous call capacity.

This package should be deployed to provide connectivity to simple end devices such as Key Telephone Systems (KTS).  Given this expectation, this package includes line features such as Call Waiting and Call Transfer.
