- What are the new feature keys that can be used while using the passport?
** - Follow on (If the destination number dialed by the user is busy or un-reachable then it will prompt to dial another destination number)
*1 - Last Number Redial (Allows the user to automatically redial the last party he called by dialing *1 from the telephone)
*2 - Speed Dial (Time-saving feature that allows the user to store up to 04 telephone numbers for quick and easy dialing with *6, *7, *8, & *9)
*3 - Balance Inquiry (Can check the remaining value on a prepaid card)
*4 - Card Chaining (Allows the user to add the balance amount in an old card to a new card)
*5 - Card Expiry date (Can check the expiry date of a prepaid card)

- Can I extend the validity period of expire cards?
Yes, you can extend the validity period to another week by contacting a Customer Care Officer on

- How does the SLT Passport system execute the Fraud Detection?
After 3 consecutive failed attempts card will be deactivated for 24 hrs. User can activate the card
before 24 hrs by contacting a Customer Care Officer on (011)2451451
