MyAstro Astrology Service
SLT and Mobitel jointly initiated the SLT-Mobitel Astrology service which will be available to its valuable customers via SMS and Interactive Voice Recording (IVR) services.
Mr. Sumanadasa Abeygunawardana, an International Astrology Specialist , and also an adviser to His Excellency the President of Sri Lanka, will develop astrological readings which will be based on actual, unique details of individuals such as Birth Date, Birth Time and Birth Place which will be unique to each person. This service will provide completely different and trusted predictions on your life, as opposed to the traditional "Star Sign" based Astrology readings, which are currently available on news papers, TV, radio etc.
This service is available for SLT Citylink Postpaid /Prepaid customers via SMS where they will receive predictions in either Singlish or English, depending on their preference.

- The Customer has to register in MyAstro service initially in order to subscribe to the Numerology service (Num).
- This rule is not applicable for the Panchanga service (Suba).

Registration
- To register for any Astrology service package/s, initially customer has to dial 1312 from the SLT Citylink phone.
- Send an SMS to short code 1312 with the chosen package name and your <name> as shown in user guidelines.
- Once the customer is eligible for the service, customer will receive an acknowledgment SMS (reply SMS) informing of acceptance of their registration & PIN.
- Follow the instructions and enter the personal data such as Birth Bate, Birth Time and Birth Place.
- Customer will then receive the confirmation.
Service Features
- Astrology predictions are provided to the customer in the morning.
- Customer can get astrology prediction SMSes in either Singlish or English.
- Any number of customers can be registered from a single phone number and each will receive a specific PIN number for his/her name. Then each user will be able to identify their own prediction/s in their own names. Therefore users are advised to not use the same name to register from one phone.
- Once a user has registered for "Suba", other users who have registered for MyAstro can enjoy "Suba" predictions from the same phone , since Suba predictions are common to all. eg: Rahu kalaya
- If the connection is postpaid, total service charges for the Citylink phone will be added to the owner's bill. For prepaid services it will be deducted from the prepaid account.
Terms and Conditions
- All SLT Citylink (CDMA) Postpaid or Prepaid customers are eligible for the services.
- For prepaid accounts, Citylink card balance or account should have adequate credit balance to subscribe to the service. This adequate balance should be sufficient for deducting the Astrology monthly rental charge of the relevant package.
- Citylink connection should be in active status.
- Service registration & receiving predictions.
- Whenever the customer gets a NEW PIN, he/she will be considered as a registered customer (create profile) and rental will be deducted/ added for prepaid and postpaid customers respectively according to the package chosen.
- If customer registers for the service before 8.00 p.m. of the given date, he/she will be able to receive predictions from the next day morning.
- If registrations are done after 8.00 p.m. of the given date, he/she will be able to receive SMS predictions after one day.
- Service termination/ service renewal on customer request can be done once in every billing month.
- All above charges are exclusive of taxes.
