Manager - Corporate - Sales

Your Role:
Manager Corporate Sales will lead a team of sales personnel, motivate and guide sales teams to acquire new customers while retaining existing customers in achieving sales and revenue targets. Should be prepared to work long hours and should have good knowledge in the market and market intelligence.

Your Profile:

• Should have a special Degree in Marketing or post graduate Diploma in Marketing from SLIM, Sri Lanka or Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM, UK
• Three years post qualifying experience in sales area
• Proven track record in leading a sales team in a large organization
• Experience in handling business customers
• Excellent communication skills plus interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer literacy
• Willing to travel to any area in the country for sales and marketing purposes
• Possessing sound knowledge of modern telecommunication systems and business relationships with leisure, mass media, construction, ICT and diversified sectors is an advantage
• The upper age limit is 35 years

• This appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 02 years
• Commercially competitive salary with other fringe benefits
