Do I get a printed bill hereafter?


Can I unsubscribe from this service?

Unsubscribe of the service is allowed only after six months from the registered date.
(Registrations during the Offer period)

What is the rental/cost of joining this service?

This service is free of charge.

Where can I check whether this free Data is added to my account?

It will be shown in the SLT broadband Portal and MySLT App.

Can I see past bills?

Yes, previous bills can be viewed using “more services tab” of the eBILL portal. The last six month bills can be viewed from the date of registration.

Do I get billing related alerts?

Yes, if you subscribe for SMS alert service at the registration process.

What is the Free GB Validity period?

Extra GB is valid for 60 days. Extra GB can be used only after your package Standard/Free/Loyalty Data allocations are over.

Can I use this fee GB at any time?

Extra GB can be used at any time Peak / Off-Peak.
