| Mobitel (Private) Limited is a defendant against a law suit to the value of Rs. 1 million. As per legal opinion the outcome of this is uncertain and the Directors of the Company believe based on the information currently available, that the ultimate resolution of such legal procedures would not likely have a material adverse effect on the results of operation, financial position or liquidity.
