SLT signs up with Span Engineering to power with its FTTH Services.

Sri Lanka Telecom, the National ICT solutions provider in Sri Lanka, and Span Engineering (Private) Limited, leading professional in the field of construction, entered into an agreement to power “Span Tower”, six condominium complexes with total number of 185 units with FTTH Services.

The agreement between the two companies was signed recently at Sri Lanka Telecom premises by authorized signatories: Mr. Chethana Attanayake / General Manager Western Province Central, on behalf of SLT while Mr. Sivasubramaniyam Sanjeevan / Chairman, signed on behalf of Span Engineering (Private) Limited.

Mr. Tharmarajah Mayooran/Assistant Manager - Marketing (Span Engineering), Mr. Kelum Priyantha/Manager Business Development (SLT), Mr. Roshan Dayarathna/Deputy General Manager (SLT), Mr. Chethana Attanayake/General Manager (SLT), Mr. Sivasubramanium Sanjeevan/Chairman (Span Engineering), Ms. Ashani Mahanama/ Manager – Marketing & Business Development (Span Engineering), Ms. Chithra Kumari Wijesuriya/Senior Executive Assistant Manager (SLT).

Under this agreement, as the exclusive infrastructure and telecommunication service provider for six condominium complexes which are currently completed & under construction, SLT will link the apartment complexes with the company’s ultra-fast fiber connectivity. This means the residents of these apartment complexes will have access to SLT’s ultra-fast broadband connectivity that provide speed up to 100 Mbps, crystal clear voice communication and high quality entertainment services via company’s IPTV platform, PEO TV.
